SMH Community Survey
The Government of Ontario recognizes that Stevenson Memorial Hospital (SMH) is an important part of the community of Alliston/New Tecumseth and surrounding areas. In order to ensure optimal hospital performance and service delivery, it has ordered an investigation into the hospital. As part of the investigation into SMH, input from the community regarding your care experience and the services offered at SMH would be valuable. Please note that your feedback will remain anonymous and only common themes will be included in the final report to the Minister of Health. Please submit all responses by May 23, 2024.
